"Both drivers were very helpful and polite.
The first minibus was older and rather noisy. I sat in the seat behind the driver and couldn't get my seatbelt to hold so it need checking please.
We finished our event earlier than planned and I phoned to see if the driver could come 1/2 hr earlier but they were all busy. However the driver arrived on time as originally requested. "
